NEW LOGO >> SAME CONCEPT!
We are happy and super proud to be featured in Amstelveenz magazine. (see link) a household name in Amstelveen and the surrounding area with a circulation of no less than 50,000 copies.
– this allows us to reach even more children who want to improve and play more hockey.
– who enjoy playing and learning hockey together with other children outside of their own team
– improving technique and spatial awareness.
– also parents who want to participate in running training (available with us as of now). so not just for kids!!
The first training of Block 1 on 2023-09-11 was a fact now that Tijmen and Mike have taken over from Milko Brinkman.
Monday 2023-09-04 was the first introduction for kids & trainers and
of course those with a trial lesson.
It’s really cool that everyone with a trial lesson has officially signed up
and is continuing with the training sessions.
That’s why we invited a top hockey player to give you training.
Scored 5x for the Dutch national team in 20 matches.
Charlotte Vega, also a striker for AHBC Women’s 1.
everyone received a refreshing thirst quencher! made possible by ActiveO2
We are almost completely FULL now, so if you know a friend
who would like to join, they can still sign up now.
As you know, there is also an opportunity to do running technique training
before or after your training at Game Intelligence.
Running is a very important part of hockey. By developing
good running technique, you will become more skillful, more agile, but above all
faster. An additional benefit is that as your running technique improves
, you will see the risk of injury decrease.
Particularly in children of your age, many injuries occur
due to rapid growth.
It also becomes easier to keep running during a match if
you have the right running technique, because running with good technique simply
takes less energy.
The running sessions are made up of different components and will
therefore never be the same. We won’t just be running during the
training.
Instead, we use jumping exercises, relays, speed ladders, and
short sprints. In short, it’s important to learn good running technique not just for now, but certainly for the future as well
.
So feel free to ask for more information if you’re interested
(we can also check during training sessions if your child
needs running technique training).
Best,
Somer, Babs, Phil, Tijmen and Mike & Vega
